| weekend run in the WIND - finally: Fit and Skinny

It was w-i-n-d-y; so much so my feet would fly when they were mid-step. I did a pretty easy two miles except for the muscles leading to my broken toe were very sore. So I ended up walking that mile.
**HaPPINESS: I finally feel strong, fit, SKINNY !!! Tomorrow, I can't wait for weights--- last week when I did weights I WAS NOT SORE, just fatigued the day after.
