I didn't know where I could possibly dig up energy to run so I got coffee; drive-through style. YES! ...Fat free mocha ICED, slushy style. I downed the thing so fast. Along with some jelly energy pack~~ WTF but I was like oh well, how bad can it hurt me?!?! Drive-through said it was Oprah's newest crave. ...So anyway, it HURT to even WALK to the track (from lifting weights yesterday). I somehow pulled three miles outta myself (1 mi increments) and yeah, the crying & screaming went along with it. Somehow I thought it would be a good idea for my muscles to be pushed in this way. TOdaY, I can only hope for the couch at abuot 5:30. CANNOT WAIT, believe me!
A RACE MAILED me a SIGN-UP FORM!!!!!! (beginning of june/july...) CANNOT WAIT & time to TRAIN FOR REAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY. It's just the push I needed.

Research on cherry juice helping muscle soreness:http://www.uvm.edu/~uvmpr/?Page=News&storyID=8 340.. You are right that most of the time exercise will reduce soreness in the end because it makes the lactic acid circulate out....but if you're really sore and tender it will make it worse. :(
