there are so many idiots out there. It's just to ignore them. That is the best solution. You should be professional and the less you joke around the better. I asked a guy to email me something. he said his email is not working. I said who did you tell? He started to have a hissy fit. I told him no need to get all worked up. Now he feels stupid.
