Happy Halloween!

I have permission to post this :p haha

this is my mother, and her hard work at her bumblebee costume.. it was a very... stressful :p

i went to the mall directly after work to help my mom find her costume, but alas, no such luck, and through her bitterness and rampaging hostility towards the world.. we decided to get her wings, stockings yellow and black stripings and little bobbly things on her head haha so she made the rest on her own..
i will say.. she was creative.. in her own way.. but this is what is what happens when you let your mother loose on the world... this is what happens when you also live with a crazy woman who is never embarrassed about ANYTHING so here she is my mom as proud as anyone would be... in her homemade bumblebee costume :p enjoy... lol

haha aww thanks. she was definatly happy with her feathers and all :p she even made the stinger out of the tip of a witch hat! lol

I don't know which is scarier...the costumed woman, the dust bunny dog or the professor on the struggling television:P

Im shaking...just a little:)

It IS a rather well-made costume, however. I agree that the best budget costumes are homemade. But, if you have money to spare, there are some amazingly well-made costumes out there. But, if you can afford 700 bucks for one, then can't you make and sell them just as well??:P

She should add a pair of bug-eye goggles to the costume:) Like a pair of bike reflectors or headlights that she can still see through on an elastic band.
