okay so too many girls go on crash diets, and a very good friend of mine gave me this idea to post and i hope whoever decides to do a crash diet follows this, atleast it's healthy :p
mornings egg whites with salsa and cheese
or oatmeal with berries
or fruit like blue berries, strawberries, kiwii's cut up and in yogurt with cinnamon
green tea to drink ( not the juice :p ) and or coffee
3 litres of water daily
mid morning snack- almonds, yogurt or fruit ( apples, strawberries, peaches, kiwii's, plums, blueberries ect... kiwii's are great for boosting metabolism
lunch, white meat, or fish with sweet potatoes and lots of veggies
afternoon snack- almonds, fruit, yogurt or skinny cow fudge bar ( 3-4 times a week)
supper, no carbs, load the veggies, salads, and white meat or red meat, but watch the red meat through out the week.
things to have for fast meals, whole wheat pasta with a low in carb sauce
pita pizza's, whole wheat pita with sauce any toppings and ofcourse cheese :p
night time snacks 1-2 cups of popcorn, but try not to eat past 8 as the food will settle in your tummy and not really help you out :p
okay so this looks like a lot, but trust me it works. it's a great oppertunity to be creative! find spices you like, and use them for your meats, you dont have to starve yourself.
because when starving yourself, your metabolism shuts down, you can't do what you want to do, and your body will eat away at the "fat" in your body causing you to gain more weight.
try this and i promise you will feel great and it will even help with the look factors that so many are concerned with. :)

like i said, there are more foods that will be quicker to prepare but it could be fun to cook some of these up with family or friends even!
but no starving yourselves, starving yourselves equals weight gain or possibly hospital time and or death.
be good to yourselves and who cares what other's think, this is your life, not their's.
and for those who have an opinion on other's weights, quite plainly, the only reason YOU say anything to anyone about it, is because you lack security in your own self so grow up!
