Unhappy Time

I felt quite upset today because of job. I should be happy as I got salary raised. However, it was a trap. It seems that my salary will be higher than before, but my commission would be reduced anyway. Our boss and his "honorable and capable" accountant discussed a lot about company strategies and rules, and the result surprised everyone. One of my colleague was fired while I got a higher salary with a request on sales volume below which they would cut my commission.
I'm wondering why my boss could treat me in this way. Did I do something wrong?
Since the beginning of this year, I joined this company. At that moment, we didn't have set up any office in Shanghai and the company was just registered in HongKong. I'm deeply convinced our boss was an ambitious and promising businessman, and the company could develop quite fast under his leadership. I could grow with the company, and at the same time, I could practice my English every working day. So I took care of everything that I could handle. I worked as a admin, hr, logistics person, assistant and merchandiser. You could never expect how I like this job although it's tired. Even for office location, I tried to choose where was close to our boss's house and didn't mind about two-hour subway distance from my home. Therefore I rent a small apartment near the office in spite of my husband's complaints. Everything was going on well at that time, and I enjoyed my work.
Two months later, he hired a new colleague as a merchandiser, and we got along with each other quite well. He was fond of boasting and told jokes--a funny guy.
Four months later, due to too much work in admin and boomed market situation, we recruited an assistant who was also a nice and easy-going girl. The assistant and I always made fun of that merchandiser. We were responsible for the same product in China, but we never really argued because of business.
Another two months pasted, our boss recruited an accountant. At the beginning, we all thought she was nice and easy-going. However you shouldn't judge a person by his/her appearance. She liked to dress so sexy with a hobby of being your boss. She was more bossy than our boss, and she knew how to make our boss happy. Of course what we were doing was supposed to be known by our boss even a little issue.
Our boss talked to us face to face and one by one, indicating we should not isolate our accountant. He thought that merchandiser, his assistant and I, as a team, were treating badly to his accountant. As a result, it is said the merchandiser ruined our company image, and he was fired. It was said that I made great achievements, so they raised my salary, but at the same time cancelled my commission if I couldn't reach their target sales volume. At that time, with accountant's supervision, our boss talked to me face to face, and he kept expressing his point, ignoring my feeling as if he was showing to his accountant how eloquent he was. I felt fainted. When he established the company, I tried my best to take care of everything without additional charge. I joined this company despite of low salary and no funds. I always work at night to make more contribution. I'm expecting one day our boss may provide me with a little company share or additional bonus, but I never mentioned to him about raising salary or to be shareholder in the future. However is that I should deserve as a result? Suddenly I felt our boss is commercial that I have never known him before. The accountant likes to provoke the argument or fight between the boss and me. For example, when she saw boss bought a new cellphone, she said," you have worked for company for such a long time, you should asked for one expensive cellphone" I said I didn't care. But she said she would try to persuade boss to buy me one so that to be fair everyone should have one. I was so angry in case that the former issue happened again. Finally I was the one to blame. To keep company peace, the assistant and I are avoiding speaking too much to her and remain quiet.
I should resign this time. But I'm still quite interested in this job and enjoy communicating with my customers. Besides our company still needs me at this time. Maybe in the near future, our boss may come to realize my contribution.
I told someone about it, but they asked whether I made a mistake which our boss thinks serious. I really couldn't recall. What I remember is that I used to like this job so much and try to help with my efforts. At the beginning I even avoided using fixed number in the office due to higher charge, and I paid my own cellphone charge. But why could things happen like this......
I'm wondering why......
