More Thoughts on Life
Sometime after the prayers are over it becomes time to act
And sometime the cold stuff the daily news in the drafty crack.
There are other ways to cleanse instead of putting salt in a fresh wound
Christ has surely risen and there is no body to exhume.
Sometime we are His hands and other times His feet
The enemy will not stop fighting until the day of defeat.
Bless those that curse us let God be the judge
Since one's life is an open book don't be the first to pick up sludge.
When our burden is to heavy we will need a hand up with a lift assist
There is a difference between a hand up and a hand out it is good to know this.
Sometimes the repeated unanswered prayer will seem like a promise not kept
Persevere and wait, yes no and not yet.
