I thought I'd put this Blog to good use by sharing my thoughts on the good, bad and ugly stuff that we do! Don't worry, I'm not going to share this with the whole world, I'm going to only allow you, my fellow work colleagues access to this.

Good idea.
Definitely the work Darryn & Doron have done in creating an Archive list. THis lsit work just like a blog archive, where the posts are kep in reverse chronological order, Users can expand the list in a tree structure and find what they need.
We'll use this all all over the place.
