Illegal alien Sergio Onofre was driving drunk Sunday night. He ran off the road and took the life of Daniel Turner, 14, who was walking with a friend.
After striking Daniel with his car, Onofre then kept on driving, dragging the teen. He then hit another vehicle, a large bush, and then took off running.
Deputies tracked the driver through the snow and into a nearby neighborhood, where a witness led them to the suspect.
Onofre faces charges of operating while intoxicated causing death, manslaughter with a motor vehicle, failure to stop at scene of accident resulting in death, home invasion 2nd degree, operating while intoxicated second offense, and driving while license suspended second offense. He is being held on a 750,000 dollar bond. He is only 20 years old - not even legal drinking age.
