Santiago Solis, an illegal alien driving without a driver's license struck and killed 15-year old Christopher Lanier as he was dirtbike riding with his friends. Solis ran into Christopher with his pickup truck, knocking him off his bike. Friends took down the license plate number so the authorities could track him down.
Does anyone know if alcohol was involved? We're still researching this and will update as necessary.
