Yet another illegal alien from Mexico has taken an American life. Rubiel Sanchez-Ramirez was charged with causing death in a motor vehicle crash while driving without a license Tuesday morning after the 1996 Ford Explorer he was driving plowed into an Altima driven by Mary Rogers of Williamstown. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Ramizrez was treated and released to the Gloucester County Jail where ICE placed a detainer on him.
