Rodrigo Delacruz-Encarnacion, an illegal alien, turned into the path of William O' Brien, who was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. O'Brien could not avoid the crash, and struck the passenger side of the van. He died at the scene. Delacruz-Encarnacion was charged with leaving the scene of the crime.
We're working on determining whether alcohol was involved and will update accordingly. |
