Miguel Hernandez, an unlicensed illegal alien drunk driver has been charged with 2 counts of DUI. Court records show his blood-alcohol level (at the hospital after the accident) was 0.124, more than 50% higher than the legal limit!!!
The victim in this case is Heather LaMarche, 19, who was driving south on Fairfield Road near Old Oak Drive in Lake County when her car collided with another car, rolled and was engulfed in flames when officers arrived. Heather died at a local hospital shortly thereafter.
Hernandez also was hospitalized. He even admitted to investigators that he was the driver of the car that struck LaMarche’s and that he'd drank 6 beers before getting behind the wheel.
