Illegal alien Julio Villasana, 33, was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide, drunk driving, and leaving the scene of an accident. which took the life of famed mandolin maker Charles Derrington, who was out enjoying a ride on his motorcycle.
Villasana, who had been previously deported, fled the scene of the crime and was later arrested by authorities.
