Jesus Bernal, drunken illegal alien, slammed into a car occupied by James and Margie Rook of Cincinnati, killing them. Two others in the car, Magan Doherty, 14, and Kylie Rook, 14, were injured, Doherty seriously. A passenger in Bernal's truck was also killed. Bernal admitted to being drunk at the time of the crash. He had two prior DUI convictions, and the judge sentenced him to 55 years in prison after he pleaded guilty last week to three counts of DUI manslaughter and two counts of DUI with serious bodily injury.
