How many are killed by legal citizens?

2 MANY ARE BEING KILLED REGARDLESS,, LEGAL OR ILLEGAL!!!
If states would make stronger laws for drunk driving, this will help reduce deaths.South Carolina does NOT want to charge for drunk driving cause it takes 4 hours to convict 1 person.
But IF ILLEGAL ALIENS WERE NOT HERE,(breaking a law to began with)thats 13 deaths a day that can be prevented!!
