I agree with Wayne. Doesnt matter if the DUI person is an illegal or not, all that matters is that someone has been hurt.

Illegals -people that broke the law by entering America- kill 13 innocent Americans daily by driving drunk. Another 15 or so are murdered by illegals DAILY. Tell me that doesn't matter.
