This morning I couldn't sleep because of my allergies so I was up at 5am before anyone else in the house was up. Except for the room mate who works nights.
When HE got up, HE let HIS cat in the house. Now previously the cat has torn me up and clawed HIS furniture and after we moved in my furniture the cat tried to do that to mine. I made the cat stop.
I have a cat also, a Tuxedo Cat and she is very well mannered. She minds me, she doesn't get on the table or cabinets, goes outside to do her thing and most of all does not claw my furniture. This is a major ordeal to me.
So today, I emailed HIM and put HIM on legal notice (cc'd my attorney) to let HIM know that if HIS cat claws my furniture, I will take legal action. I am tired of having to put up with 2 bullies (HIM and the room mate) and now have to deal with HIS cat who is vicious and bad mannered.
I took pictures of my furniture to show it is in excellent condition and if the cat claws up my furniture, I am taking HIM to court.
All I want is the harrassment to stop from these two men. They only have 3 more weeks and then I am gone. What is so hard to do that?
I just need to be able to finish packing and coordinate moving my things to the different places they need to go.
Trying to coordinate where I am storing, what. Since I am on unemployment I am trying to get family to keep certain things for me until I get my job back am able to save some money and move into my own place.
By the way, aren't you supposed to report cash coming in from people you are renting space to? HE makes the room mate pay cash to HIM. I'm not sure HE reported that on HIS taxes. Don't know for sure, but HE has friends toting file boxes of stuff back and forth. This has been going on for the past two weeks. I just find that kind of strange, since this has never happened until HE decided I needed to leave. Lots of weird things have been going on. Like HIS laptop needing to be back logged so HE doesn't lose any information and now it is no where to be seen. That was over two weeks ago, too. Disappears on the weekends when I don't have my son. Why not on the weekends when I do have my son? Just some weird/strange things.
Will probably write later how the day went. Will be interesting to see if the cat is in the house when I get back from taking my kid to his dad's house.
