The internship is going well except for the fact that I have to be at work at 5 am every morning. It gets tiring but it's only for a cople more weeks then I'm on another rotation and get to come in at a different time.

Last weekend I packed a bag and drove up to Phoenix, it was like a 100 miles and very worth it. I met two girl friends that I lived with in Miami, they now live up there and I stayed with them from Friday until Sunday. We had a lot of fun. I went to a club on Saturday night and I haven't been to a club in FOREVER..I forgot how to dance, haha. The girls wanted to wear dresses (which I did not pack and dont have any anyway) so I had to go buy one. I'm so short and I hate it. I wanted to look good, to look sexy for once and all the dresses were way long. I'm not trying to sounds slutty I just know how everybody in a club dresses, well barely dresses I guess you could say. We went into the mall and my friend Laura found one, I'm not sure if it was an extremely long shirt or a dress but I bought it. It was so cute and just short enough to make my legs look longer for once haha. Somebody gaveus VIP wrist bands and we went to the up stairs in the club. We found a table and saw there were a ton more people up there. We started dancing and a guy came up to me. He told me I had a perfect body (lie) and wanted to dance. I started talking to him and came to find out he just graduated college in Georgia and was in Phoenix for spring training for pro baseball! How exciting. We exchanged numbers but I doubt anything will come of it. He's going back to Georgia April first and I do not plan on just having a one night stand with him, that's not me. I just thought that was really cool and he was super attractive. Dark chocolate skin and dark eyes with dimples.

The girls and I ended up leaving at 2 am when the bar closed and had to get a cab and it was $40! I had to pay because nobody had any money, now neither do I haha. We finally got home around 3 am and one of my friends decided to invite some 'friends' over, aka gangsta thugs who spoke bad about us in Spanish. I ended p passing out because I was so tired and woke up to find one of them standing over my girlfriend and I. We were really freaked out. The room was all smokey and they were smoking pot in the room and it was bothering me (because, yes I do not smoke anymore and haven't for almost a year). They were so rude and would not leave when we asked them to. Finally they left her house around 5:30 in the morning. I was so creeped out and annoyed. I talked with my friend and let her know I didn't feel comfortable and I didn't want it to happen again. We'll see.

hmmm other than that..nothing's new. I'm just working Monday-Friday and I'm supposed to call the manager at Outback, but I'm having second thoughts. Do I really want to work seven days a week and be consistenly worn out? I've got so many assignments and one big project I have to turn in over the next two months I'm not sure I could keep up. I'm thinking about calling the manager and asking him if he'd consider hiring me in May after the internship is over because it's a little bit more work than I anticipated. Hopefully he will understand. I haven't even started or anything yet anyway.

I should get some sleep. I've got to get up at 4 am.
