 My New Pregnancy
Wow!  I am pretty surprised I am pregnant at the moment. It's just crazy how it happened so soon. I don't want to get in to details but the chances were just so slim. We were actually waiting to get pregnant in July, due to a strenuous certification I will be attending in a couple weeks. I have a very strong foundation of training at the moment, so I'm pretty sure that I'll be able to handle the tests that are required.

It is a goal of mine to keep a diligent record of my thoughts, workouts, foods, pictures, etc... for this pregnancy. I wish I had done this for my first pregnancy.  I am promising myself that I will continue with my workouts, my healthy clean eating, and continue on enjoying life. My last pregnancy I went through spells of horrible eating, not working out, and letting the "I'm pregnant" take over. Although there is a time for rest here and there, I noticed with my last pregnancy, the more rest I took, the more tired I would feel. So when I would take a walk or swing a kettlebell my energy would come right back. The last pregnancy I lifted a bell and did workouts from time to time, but not as consistent as I should have. I let my huge belly get me down. My belly was much bigger than the average, since I am so small, and my baby was big.

This morning I weighed  111.6.  The last several weeks I have been eating like a mad woman due to being extremely hungry and almost shaky if I don't eat. I couldn't tell if it was because I was pregnant or just getting my period. Since the last several months prior to my period I could not feel satisfied. So I am about 2-3 pounds heavier than I use to be.  Another thing that is different is I starting drinking coffee several months ago. Little did I know that when the caffeine would wear off I would be starving for anything I could get my hands on. So I stopped drinking coffee, which wasn't that hard, but I still do love it. I also noticed that the last weeks my system has been so much slower. Which is very out of the ordinary.  That is what made me feel as if I could be pregnant. Since that has never been a problem for me.

Couldn't sleep very well last night. So much stuff to think about.

I plan on waking up first thing and drinking 16-20oz of water.
