Let your self unravel and fall apart. Let the pieces fall like shattered glass. Break indefinitely. Break until you’re nothing but bits of sand, then drift in the wind. Let each new current of air stretch you across the earth. Soar away from the past on jet streams, along side birds. Break and break again until you disappear. Disintegrate into nothing. Vanish the shadow you became, so nothing is left. No memory. No evidence. Lose yourself in the deconstruction. Be free.
