| WEINER MAN STRIKES AGAIN....

"MARITAL ASSETS".... words I never thought i'd hate, but guess what????
I have indeed learned to do just that!!! Marital Assets...my ASSets! Thats
the biggest bunch of horsepoop. It seems that the spouse in all his infinite
wisdom has managed to come up 'dirt poor'. He can't seem to make it
financially and needs my help with the 'marital assets' (translated means he
can't pay his bills and wants me to do it for him). So until I can find another
way to undo this mess I have to pay 50% of the bills HE MADE DURING
OUR MARRIAGE. Now I am already strapped paying bills he made using my
name and now I have to help him pay bills he made using his own name and
bc those bills were accrued during 'said marriage' I am legally responsible.
Now what kind of bullshit is that? If I had children still at home would i be
expected to still come up with that money? Probably so! He is the biggest
weinie that ever walked on two legs.....YES, I SAID WEINIE!!!! (did i spell
that right?). I mean this man is ready for the wiener man to put his ass in a
bun and serve him up. You could roll him in chili and feed his nasty
crotchedy self to the multitude. Hes so full of gas he would most likely fill the
tanks of every vehicle in this town. I mean....jeeeezzzzzeeeeeee, whats
next? Shall i buy his DEPENDS for him now? Does his VIAGRA need
refilling? I know he would need some of that 'Miracle Gro' for his......(i mean
he was standing in the back of the line when the Lord gave those out!). Will
I always have to pick up his ignorant slack? When do I get a turn to be 'free'
of this piece of human waste? I just want to tell him 'SUCK IT UP!'.
'GROW A DICK AND ACT LIKE A MAN!' If the truth be known....I'm more of a
man than he'll ever be.
I have had one of the worst weeks lately....illness, friends coming and going,
financial crap, work, shit, shit, shit, and more shit and now this????? Whats
going on people???? Must be another full moon! Must be the weather! Must
be the 'season of the weiner man'. I want to be like that lady in those Calgon
commercials.......'CALGON, TAKE ME AWAY'!. But hell, with my luck...I'd
probably drown!

What the hell??? Does this man have no shame??? No humility? After the hell he DARED to put you through, now he comes crawling back and expects you to pay 50% of his bills? I've heard it all!! I'd make damn sure I'd pay the bills directly to who he owed them to and not give him the money, then I'd enclose a little note that would read..."This covers 50% of the bill my no good X-husband accrued on this account, that he can't afford to pay because he is a LOOSER. Please feel free to haul his looser butt to jail if you fail to get the remaining funds from him. Thank You!" That may make you feel a little better about paying 50% of any bill you have to pay.
That just sucks!

Is there no way you can separate your stuff from his?
Is there somewhere where you can declare yourself separate from him?

KD..I feel like I'm living in 'Weinerville'. He has me over a weinerbarrel right now but the tides will soon be turning....I have a plan...sshhhhh! its a secret!!!

I am going to do as I have been told but the money will be 's l o w' in getting there...he already has me ruined credit wise, so whats a few 'late fees'? I think I'll also include a little note like KD suggested! I HAVE NOT YET BEGUN TO FIGHT!!!!
