Everytime I log on here at the top of my screen in big red letters it says Enable Language Filter. What the hell is that? I figure its in red so it must be important or else it would be in black. Does it keep the bad language to a minimum? Hell, I don't want that! Does it tell me not to use bad language? Hell, I 'KNOW' I don't want it! Is is mocking the bad language I might use? *flips it the bird* Just what purpose is that filter?
Maybe its to filter out all the posts I don't like. That makes it useless too bc I don't read those (well maybe once in a while) but all in all I skip them. And just why would I enable it then? Why wouldn't I want to disable it like so many things I don't like?
Bootlady, you're the one that told us about the CP thingy. Whats ur take on this filter thing? Should I want to enable or disable? Decisions....decisions!
I know this post is lame, but I couldn't sleep and this is the best I could do! Even super heroines have their bad days!

The "Disable Language Filter" turns off the "Explicit Content" alert placed on those posts containing adult language.
If you click on the "Blogs" tab and go either to "Recent Blogs" or "Popular Posts" you will notice some posts have the words "Explicit Content" after the title of the post. Thoughts, by default, has the filter in the "on" position. If you chose to turn the "Disable Language Filter" off you will no longer receive the warning that a post contains adult or explicit language.

Good Job, Super K (enter snorts).....now that you've posted a blog of complaint, the next time you log on, there will be, in big, red letters, the option to "ENABLE OBSCENE GESTURE FILTER"!!!!
