i feel very green today. i see on tv where there are green days, green weddings, green this and green that. so since green is my all time favorite color in the entire world i'll do green today too. i'll wear my green jade and my green tee shirt (actually my canabus tee shirt), with my green socks. i'll water my plants so they may turn green again, clean out my bird bath so it's not so green and finally get rid of that green shit thats been in my fridge since last week. good start on this day. i've been reading the morning blogs on thoughts and did my usual critiquing and commenting. i even commented on a religious topic, something that i never like to do. i have definite opinions and i normally keep them at bay. i will do the usual commenting but i will never but never get into any type of confrontation of any kind about somethings. if i am asked a direct question then i give an honest answer. if someone wants to know a specific opinion then again, honest answer. but do not, and i stress do not ask me a question that you may not want to hear the answer to. i hate people that pussy foot around a question. oh they think they want to know what you think but all they really want you to do is to agree with them. fuck no!! i may be a very quiet person (in real life, not here on line) that is afraid of a lot of shit (getting much better though). i may be a passive person who seems to just melt into the background and not get noticed. i may be invisible to some and not invisible enough to others but i do know my own mind. i have definite opinions about the stupid war, gwb, abortion, racism, religion, elections, global warming , etc. but i keep my mouth shut unless i just want to "mix it up a little". case in point! i was in the break room of my work place and there was a "know it all" (don't we all know some of those?) just going on and on about something. me, being the quiet one in the corner listened intently. when they finally were through i just could not stand it any longer and simply asked a question about the issue they were sooooooooo passionate about. the look i got was one of orgasmic proportion. here was this little meek person who NEVER EVER opens her mouth out of the blue asking a question that "know it all" not only didn't have an answer to but didn't even begin to know the subject. who was this masked woman?? who was this woman that put "know it all" in her place?? i thought the room would explode with a standing ovation when "know it all" finally cried uncle and left. AND THE MEEK SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH! that was the first thing someone said as i blushed a very cherry red color. i didn't mean to upset the apple cart but if you're going to get on your soap box then you better know your shit.oh well !! PEACE AND HARMONY

Good for you for standing up to the know it all person..........I have a few of them in my life too...And I usually argue the stupity of them and walk a way from them when I said my piece...

thank you lpnmom94 and hollis. have you ever had "that moment" when you just knew it was the right time to strike? sometimes people just set themselves up and it would be almost illegal not to put them in their place. i did so enjoy that moment!
