omg easytosay! i need a MAJOR COLD SHOWER now! my mouth was hanging open by the time i got to the end. wish we could all have such a wonderful experience. u need to write a book and give me a copy signed and dated by the author. smile

hey sean, hows ebay treating u? thank u and yes there r other ways of doing this diet but for right now i'm taking full advantage of this. i'm looking at the good points of it and not the bad. so i lose some weight? whats the worse that can happen? i can eat again and fatten up later after i shed...

prelud thank u.i need to look at everything from a positive attitude. the therapist told me that. if u r dealt lemons make lemonad. i am being dealt the "divorce diet" i am making a tight ass. lol
