| AN EARLY VISIT FROM SANTA CLAUS !

the other day i was explaining to a friend at work about the "RADIO FROM HELL" and how i bought it and couldn't get it hooked up. i don't pay any attention to my surroundings or who is or isn't there. later on in the day i got a note when i got to work on saturday to park my car around back of the building and leave the keys in it. i thought maybe something was going to be going on and we were to all park around back. i'm the first one there in the morning just did as i was told. around 11 am i got another note saying to go to my car because something had happened. after the week i had the last thing i needed was for my car to get hit or something. i went out and there in my car was an empty box and my old radio and a note that read "MERRY CHRISTMAS BABE". someone had taken the time and trouble and not to mention their saturday to put in my new radio and even had it set to my favorite station. i looked all around and saw nobody so i guess it was Santa Claus and his elves. i knew someone was watching though. no one could do something like this and not want to stick around and see the reaction. i was right. another note later on said they had seen me standing there crying in the rain because i was happy. they said i looked sort of pitiful in the pouring rain, crying with my black eye. i'm glad they knew it was all happy tears and happy feelings. i don't know who did this but it's nice to know that there are people out there willing to do such things and that they aren't all on the computer. my friends on this site are totally the best of the best. absolutely ! hands down! the best! BULLSEYE sorry to say your pows didn't get to pimp my ride before Santa Claus but what a wonderful surprise. i can still use them because i have a lot of things that need fixing. lol so this afternoon i drove home to my music and singing my heart out (and i can't sing), but i didn't care. i love that radio and all that it is. everytime i look at it instead of seeing the bad crap i'll see the kindness of someone that wants to remain annonymous and i respect that. it's still raining out and dark and cold but it's a gorgeous day to me. God, you're doing alright here today. maybe we can do a peace pipe thing? i'll give a little. i'll give you some credit here, not much because i'm still really mad at You but it's a beginning and we have to start somewhere. i also picked up a local paper and began to look for other living arrangements. i don't know exactly what i can afford but i'm at least looking and it's another beginning. peace and harmony

thank you lpnmom. i'm trying. it's going to be slow, but good things come to those that wait. in my area apartments aren't cheap. growing economy and all? they are building million dollar homes here so an apartment that i can afford is going to be tough to find but i know its out there and i will find it. positive smile here.
