| HELP, HELP HELP HELP!!!~!~~~~!

okay, i am having a problem again. those of you who have helped me in the past most likely are thinking "YOU AGAIN?". yes, it's me again. i am having another issue with this damn contraption. i keep getting a box that says there is a "script error" and it goes on to give the line that it's suposed to be on and other things. i am getting it when i try to get on this sight and sometimes cannot get logged on. how i happened to get here tonite is a puzzle. should i get the book "computer directions for dummies",(is there such a book?)? i have just about had it with not knowing what i am doing and not understanding whats going on and what this pop up square is talking about. how does one get so savvy about this thing? where do you get all the information?? what the hell is a cookie? i'm sure it's not the chocolate chip variety. someone told me to "clean" up my disc. so i carefully followed the directions they wrote down for me. now i can't change my wallpaper and don't know where some things are that were there before. what the hell did i delete?? where did that little invisible dust buster go to and what did it do? my brother just informed me that he was getting married again and that he met his future wife on the computer. how do you meet people on this thing? i mean the ones that aren't going to seek you out and murder you in your bed or stalk you through cyber space. the NORMAL ones like you all. i'd like to do some fun stuff and not just the regular stuff, some unusual things that are interesting and not going to make me tomorrow's headlines ("CYBER NUT TRACKS DOWN COMPUTER UNSAVVY WOMAN AND PUTS HER INTO COMPUTER LIMBO").ooohhh! scary! i'd like to have new wallpaper on my monitor and new screensavers too, but where do i get them? are they all $10? and heres a question i'd love the answer to. why is it i cannot "click" on the links in my emails that are in regular type color (ie just the normal black and white) and i can "CLICK" on the ones that are of color type????????? can i just type the link in on my little space thingy? it seems that the actual links that i want and need are the ones that i cannot click on. i know this is a long one but if anyone can answer my questions i would be so appreciative. and my final question is why can't i get certain emails with pictures? and some come in with just gobbily goop and there is nothing to read??? thanks in advance for the help!!!!!

Black text isn't a link, blue text, usually underlined, is. Purple text are usually links you have already clicked. That is, if you are using the default setup.
You can find wallpapers and screen savers on the internet for free, you don't usually need to pay for them. Usually you can change them by right clicking on a blank space on your desktop and clicking Properties or Customization (depending on your OS(operating system)).
You sure do have a lot of problems,and to help you with them, I am going to need more information. If you could perhaps give me a better description via thoughts e-mail? Your descriptions here are rather vague...
