 Sydney Aquarium
If you ever get to Sydney, there are two places I recommend that you must see, one is the Sydney aquarium where they have all of these little tanks of fish, seahorses, jelly fish etc and then a pool for the seals and another pool for sharks, turtles, sting rays etc.  The great barrier reef theme is incredible, they even have a auditorium area which you can sit in and watch the fish swim whilst classical music accompanies the fishes movements.

The staff are friendly, the location is easy to get to, and its a lot of fun.  Just ignore the creaking noises as you go down ramps to look at the sharks, because its part based on land and part on water, I am sure this is why they creak.

You can also buy a joint ticket so you can see both the aquarium and the zoo next door, its a worthwhile trip, kids get so into it.
