The night before last I had about 2 hours sleep and right now I have had so many hours sleep that I cant concentrate and I dont want to get out of bed and I have no idea what to write, but I am choosing to keep up my practise, even if its drivel.
I want more sleep. = (

That doesnt make any sense. First, you starve of sleep...then gorge...and now you cannot concentrate but wont go to bed but want more sleep...Im lost. Call Jack Shepard...contact Daniel Farraday.

Who is Jack Shepard and Daniel Farraday? When I get over tired, I cant sleep, hence the reason why I want to sleep but refuse to go to bed.

Heh:P Of course, few here seem to watch LOST the TV show. That's where those two characters are from, but also (fun fact) Jack Shepard was the name of a character in the movie "Frequency" played by the man who plays Kate's(another LOST character) lawyer in the show.
