IS YOUR GLASS HALF EMPTY OR HALF FULL? WHAT I MEAN BY THAT IS DO YOU HAVE A POSITIVE THOUGHT PROCESS OR A NEGGATIVE THOUGHT PROCESS. IN SCHOOL THEY SAID THAT YOU ARE BORN EITHER OPTAMISTIC OR PESAMISTIC. I DO BELIEVE THAT DEPRESSION AND ALL OF THOSE SIMILAR PROBLEMS CAN RUN IN YOUR FAMILY JUST LIKE THE COLOR OF YOUR EYES. I KNOW THAT YOU YOU CAN BREAK THROUGH YOUR NEGGATIVE THOUGHTS AND THINK MORE POSSITIVE BECAUSE I HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF. I' M NOT SAYING THAT YOU SHOULD NOT GET UPSET ABOUT ANYTHING, BUT YOU SHOULD ALWAYS SAY SOMETHING POSITIVE ABOUT ALMOST EVERYTHING. FOR EXAMPLE, " SAY YOUR CAR DIED BEFORE YOU HIT THE HIGHWAY, SAY WELL ATLEAST IT DID NOT HAPPEN WHILE I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY AND SO FAR FROM HOME, 'G,,,, I GOT LUCKY'. IF YOU TAKE THINGS SO SERIOUSLY THAN YOUR HURTING YOURSELF AND OTHERS . YOU CAN ALSO BRING OTHERS DOWN BY BEING SO NEGGATIVE. YOU CAN BEAT THOSE JEANS OR STRUGGLES THAT MADE YOU SO NEGGATIVE AND ALWAYS BE A SHINING LIGHT TO OTHERS WITH THE JOY THAT BEING POSITIVE BRINGS.
