Well the basketball team that I am on, the Lady Malamutes of Newhalen, is going to a big tournament this weekend. I think it will be an awesome trip.  I hope that we place first or second. We only lost to the 3A school when we previously there for a different tournament. We have to leave early, due to the weather. This last weekend we played against the only other five-man girls team. We played so well together, even though six out of ten players traveled. We still kicked 4$$! YOU KNOW!! the first evening game the final score was 60-69 Newhalen Lady Malamutes. The next morning we really whomped the final score was 31-59 Newhalen Lady Malamutes. Our freshman who traveled with us [the starting five] even scored...that was sweet! Well I hope to write more lates.
