i was looking at my old journals - ten years ago - i was 18.
and all they ever spoke about were boys.
and not just your average boy - boys that liked me when i loved them.
and never about me.
sure, i wrote the occasional line :" its all about me now....bugger them..."
which did not happen.
i can tell you,
ten years down the track,
that i have not changed so much.
sure, i walked away when i could have stayed, and endured more pain.
but,
i didnt.
thats the only change.
at least im learning?
yes. i am.
about me now: today i went to th dentist after a LONG time of not going.
they cleaned my teeth, told me i have 4 fillings and a wisdom tooth that needs to go.
and said i need to pay them 640 dollars at the end of it.
crazy!
thats 640 less i have for London...
still.
its done. well, almost.
