I'm with ya girl! I really think it's the weather that has all of us down. It sucks. It doesn't help that you are having job search problems. That cannot be enjoyable at all.

Just as darkness is contrasted by the light.
Good times, contrast the bad times, in our lives.

I've had days like that, actually justthe other day, this morning would have been like that but thankfully I got a life-line phone call that made me laugh.

| Sounds like life is just getting to you a bit and it's resulting in a build up of stress. I suggest you take a holiday somewhere, even if its just for the weekend. Get back and then tackle life some more. |

When you get flustered... and you think you are going to cry, do something for me. I know this will sound odd, but trust me it works, I have people close to me that I have doing this and it helps. **don't do it in a moving vehicle** lol I had to add that
Close your eyes open one of your hands palm up...
With your other hand trace each finger lightly and even your thumb. And as you trace each finger, think of something that makes you smile, or happy. the smell of your mans favorite smell good, the memory of making brownies with your mom, just anything that leads to pleasant thoughts. It will only take a min and it sound weird. But make sure you do the mental thing with the physical thing, it helps to keep your mind from wondering. After you do that should only take a min or two at the most. Just breath in deep and open your eyes, and try to laugh at how silly the situation was that mad you upset.
It's not much but I hope it helps. |

| Aww, LG it's the weather...Try to take some Vitamin D, that's what I'm doin'....the lack of sun etc...I'm wishin' you the best babee, We are here for each other on thoughts...thoughts is very therapic... |
