I can't get Whitters concerns about her morbid curiosity out of my head. If she feels disturbed by her actions, than surely I am some kind of freak. In case you haven't been keeping up with my blog, this morbid stuff pops into my head all day long. But, as Raj says, it's just curiosity of the unknown, or something like that.
Well, I went to Urgent Care yesterday to try to kill a three day migraine. Lucky me, I got to sit in a dark room all by my lonesome waiting for the doctor to find some time for me. Some dude actually had the balls to have a heart attack while I was waiting to be seen, the nerve of some people (oops, see, here we go again with the morbid). Why do hospitals have to smell so...unfriendly and impersonal. Too sterilized. It smells like your not allowed to touch anything.
Anyway, I got shot full of Tramidol and sent on my merry way. I can't believe they let me drive, it kicked in 2 blocks from my house and holy hell-I was higher than a kite. Spent the evening in a drug induced haze making Halloween cards for my family and fiancee...out of the that black paper where you scratch of the stuff instead of using a pen/crayon/whatever. Cute stuff. I tried to watch Nip/Tuck because, god love me, I am addicted to the ridiculousness of it all. Too bad the plot line was lost on my numb mind and today I remember pretty much none of it. Well, I guess that is what reruns are for.

I know I'm in good company with my morbid self.
Things I can't understand (the in-humanity of it), the things that scare me... I'm drawn to.
I'm actually a bit relieved to know that I'm not alone in that.
