I can't get into the groove of actually working today. Aaron and I went to lunch were we had a discussion with a fellow co-worker about his brother-in-law who is an attorney in Thailand. Does he need a paralegal? I wouldn't mind Thailand. So I told Aaron I want to move to Thailand and sleep in a hut on the beach, in a bed with mosquito netting. Where I can run around barefoot in a sarong and learn Thai.
Then we stopped at the gas station for some scratch-off's (I tripled my money on one and lost on the other). There was an Indian woman working there. When we left I told Aaron I wanted to move to India and run around in a sarii with a red dot on my third eye and henna on my hands and feet. Where I could ride elephants and go to the Taj Mahol and learn Tantra. And pierce my nose.
Now I am back at work with a window that looks out onto the flurries of snow whipping across a frozen parking lot and I want to buzz Aaron and tell him I want to move anywhere but here. To a place where you don't need a heater or winter jackets and where I can wear something exotic and learn new things.

Nice. Don't dare me. If I had the money I'd already be there.
