I was just sitting here thinking about growing up, well remembering more like. Mandie and I were talking about Pee-wee Herman and how he was "the bomb" back in the day. That little trip down memory lane took a sick twist down "not so smart moments avenue". So, to share some of the more stupid things I did as a kid:
In kindgergarten I rode the bus. I was the girl everyone in my class went to when they had a fight. The peacekeeper. Well, there was this little red haired boy that also rode the bus. He was always getting picked on so I would sit next to him. Once day a certain bully wouldn't quit and I wasn't sure how to handle him so I picked up my little foot (complete with muddy snow boots as it was the middle of winter) and kicked that little snot right in the face. I got kicked off the bus. And grounded. But, it was so worth it.
That same year, over Christmas break, I got mad at my parents. They liked to sleep in and I didn't. One morning they would not get up so I decided to run away. I packed my little suitcase full of books and nothing else (brilliant, I know) and headed out the door. I was going to run away to live with my grandma 10 miles away. Nevermind that it was a borderline blizzard, I started trudging along. I made it three blocks away when I got to the highway, which I wasn't allowed to cross without an adult, so I had no choice but to turn around and go home. My parents were still sleeping. They didn't find out about my little adventure until recently.
When I was six I went camping with my mom and dad. There was a little boy sitting on a little bridge that was about three feet above this super shallow creek. I sat down, talked to the kid, and then pushed him off the bridge and into the creek below. Why? I don't know, I guess I was just a brat. But then I ran back to our campsite and told my mom I was going to take a nap and then I hid in the camper for the rest of the day because the boy got his mom and they had a lynch mob out looking for me.
Memories. As fun as finding out that last Oreo you just swiped has gone stale.

Well now, I'm not that cruel-I won't push you out of a moving vehicle, just off a bridge.
