Working for an attorney is not just a full time job. It's full time hell on occasion. Not only do I have to deal with high emotions, but I also have to tolerate idiots lacking brain cells. While I cannot give you legal advice, I can offer you some common sense pointers. (From here on out every idiot I deal with is getting a link to this page so I don't have to repeat myself)
Tip 1. If I put you on hold do NOT hang up and call back-I will just put you on hold again. I may have to strangle your dumbass with the telephone cord if you do it again.
Tip 2. Don't tell me how you make $80,000+ a year and expect me to feel sorry for you because you just "can't keep up with the bills". It's called a budget people-life in plastic is not so fantastic. Just go ahead and slit your wrists with your credit card-I dare you.
Tip 3. Threatening to "take your money back and go to another attorney" will get you nowhere. We are your last chance retard. And didn't you read the fine print? NO REFUNDS!!!!
Tip 4: Don't screen your calls and then call me and say "someone just called me from this number". God damn it! Check your f-ing messages, that's what voicemail is for fucktard.
Tip 5: If all else fails, jump head first into an oncoming bus-it'll give me one less person to have to deal with.
Have a wonderful day!

I think that I should print this out & post it in the lobby. Or at least, copy it for Jen to read, she would get a kick out of it! :)
