Although i tend to be a happy go lucky type of person, these past few weeks have been crazy!! I'm a senior in high school taking a full semester of classes. I have English IV, Webmaster, and AP Calculus. The Calculus is what's killing me right now. We're currently preparing for our AP exam which will determine whether or not i have to take math in college, so lets just say i'm gonna try really hard to get a good grade on that one. But that test is in about a week, and our actual final for the class starts tomorrow. It's gonna take three days to finish it all.
Other than that there's not too much stress. Though i'm tryng to get all my graduation invitations out. I graduate in less than a month, and still don't have them out. According to a ton of websites you're supposed to have them out two to three weeks before the event, which means i have about a week or so before they need to be completely done.
Oh man, graduation, it's sneaking up on us all. And then what are we gonna do. We've been forced to go to school for the past 12 or so years and now all of a sudden we have a choice. I know a lot of the students in my senior class will probably end up not doing much else with their life, which is fine for them, but i have other plans. I plan to go to ASU (main) in the fall. I will be a biochemistry major because i want to go into Pharmacy. Though ASU doesn't have a pharmacy program, they were offering me a pretty good scholarship and UofA didn't offer me much so i took the cheapest route. But I'm planning to get all my pharmacy pre requs done at ASU and then try to get into UofA's College of Pharmacy. But I've heard it can take up to two or more years to get in there, so i might try to get my business degree at ASU, i might as well get something out of the waiting period. So now I'm tossing up either double majoring, or majoring in biochem and then minoring in business. it's all a big decision, but for now i'm just gonna stick with biochem.
Although there's so much I have to do, and work on to get everything ready, i'm still enjoying the spring/summer. Yeah, in AZ we don't have winter, we have Fall, Spring, Summer, and REALLY REALLY HOT SUMMER. Those are our seasons. But what's cool is it's a great place for a jeep (which is what i drive) and right about now it's great to drive with the top either off, or the soft top down. So i'm planning on possibly taking the top off this weekend, but we'll see.
Well i'm off to study for my Calc Final. I hope you enjoyed reading. ;p |
