| The rules have changed...for him

Today I pulled a double shift at work. Because my brother wanted to use the car I let him drop me off at work and told him to pick me up at the end of my shift. Well...that didn't happen. He didn't answer his phone and no one was at home, so I had to walk home. It's not really that far, but I was sooo tired it felt like miles.
I made myself some dinner and had just sat down when my brother walked in. He grabbed the movie I was going to watch and left to go to his girlfriend"s house. About ten minutes later my parents came home and walked into the kitchen (which was a mess), immediately they started yelling at me for sitting down and watching tv while the house was a mess.
I had just finished a double shift, walked home, and then not even 15 minutes later I was being scolded for being lazy. Yet, my brother who was out with his friends all day (whose chores I have been doing all week) was allowed to go hang out with his girlfriend without any questions asked.
Two years ago, when I was my brother's age my parents had to meet my guy friends before i hung out with them in a group...hell, they still get paranoid when I hang out with guys now! My mom asked my where Andrew was and I said I don't know why don't you call him. My mom said, " that's ok it doesn't matter" ....MY MOM...the one who has been obsessed with meeting all of my friends my entire life!!
This is ridiculous and I'm pissed!!! Apparently the rules have changed in this house...for him at least.
