So last night M called me to talk about his ex-girlfriend. He was telling me how she wanted to get back together with him, but he didn't want to go back out with her. We had this really in-depth conversation, and he was asking me for advice and everything. I mean, I call him all the time and talk to him about stuff in my life, but guys are different about that stuff, especially him. Usually he is really private about stuff like that. It just made me feel like we really are good friends for him to tell me all of that.

Before I felt like our friendship was somewhat one-sided because he knew so much more about me than I did about him. I learned it was because I was a more open person. Yesterday really showed me how much he trusts me because he never tells people about his feelings and such. It meant a lot to me because 9according to him) it means that I really am one of his best friends.
