128.6 -- the big ten lost
So I've done the Isagenix maintainance program for the month now, and today I woke up to 128.6, exactly 10 pounds less than when I first started the program two months ago.  I'm delighted.  I wouldn't say it's been as easy as my friend who got me into this had me believe.  I haven't really lost my taste for unhealthy food 100%.  Nachos are still wonderful to me, as are cookies.  But obviously it's working because I haven't been actively dieting, avoiding bad food, eating my vegetables, or calorie counting.  So I'm well pleased.

I will say about the maintainence program (and I'm sorry if my poor spelling is killing you), there are a lot of pills to take.  5 vitamins, 3 antioxident pills, each day.  I know I forget them sometimes.  And I still never got good at the Cleanse for Life days where you only drink their potion and don't eat for 24 hrs.  I am too anxious about food to do that.  I wind up pigging out when my time is up.

I only wish I could pick and choose where the weight comes off.  My tummy seems pooky as ever but my boobs and butt have shrunk by inches and inches.  Well, I can't complain.  I'm 10 pounds lighter and caffiene free thanks to Isagenix.

I've been reading your blog since you've posted it about Isagenix. A friend of mine also got me into it about 2 weeks ago - though I'm a writer I just don't have the time or patience to write about my diet ups and downs. But your information was very helpful. I actually started this thing after getting food poisoning from a chain restaurant...my friend said the nutrients in the program would get me back on track... Anyway, I had a few questions for you only b/c you're probably one of the only people i can contact who's doing this and not getting a commission from the company, lol.

1. Did you do a 9 day program or a month long? I'm doing the month long :-( , it's a very long month! I have to do two days of cleansing which sucks because i'm totally always hungry.
2. Do you take all the vitamins and pills? I don't. I'm worried about messing up my metabolism...god knows what this stuff is really made of, lol. My boyfriend thinks i can just lose weight fast by eating sandwhiches on wheat bread - isn't it nice to be a man and lose weight quick...
3. And when did you see the most weight gain? You're like me - you yo-yo through a diet probably because we're not "overweight" so it's harder for us to actually lose weight fast. Or at all.

I'm trying to be good and totally do the cleansing days by the book, only use those waffers as a snack and count the calories for lunch... hah... We do the Biggest Loser here at work so I'm going to know if this is working tomorrow when i get weighted in.

Hope to hear from you & thanks for all the info,
