| Breaking Dawn (Spoilers!)
|
|
|
OMG! I finished breaking dawn a couple hours ago and no one eles has finished it yet and i really want to discuss it with someone!! So i'm going to ramble on about the book (lucky you)
I've always been a Jacob fan so i was so excited when Part 2 of the book is from his perspective. I absoulutly love the chapter names in Jacobs section there hilarious! I'm so glad he imprinted on Nessie. It was totaly obious he was going to imprint on her though i mean they made a HUGE deal out of it. And also on Stephine Myers Website someone pasted a question asking what would happen if a werwolf imprinted on a vampire. SO that could've been more subtle
Does Bella not have an awesome power???
I feel like Breaking dawn was so action packed and filled with important things. Where as Twighlight, Eclispe and New Moon ecspecially, feel more relaxed. I'm totaly fine with this but i wish she spent more time talking about Bella being a vampire. It kind of seem's like the other books could easily been fitted into 2 books (If not 1) . What i'm trying to say is. Breaking dawn should of been a longer story split up into to books.
All in all this was by far the best book in the series!!
omg the whole twighlight series is over!! Wow.. now i'm depressed....no more books..... Omg im gonna cry. ok i can't take this anymore bye!

Thank you so much! You are the first person to post anything postive about the book. I loved it! I wish there was a little more romance with Bella and Edward, but it was tasteful. Everyone is trashing Stephenie Meyer and the whole twilight series. She has always let it be known that she is a huge comic hero fan. It is a fantasy book.
Thanks again.

lol i agree with drewanna there are a lot of negative thoughts about the third book... I think the whole half child weirded people out... but honestly i don't see how people don't understand why she did that... It practically had to happen...see from an very slightly more abstract point of view the books are about Bella and Edwards love its a romance obvs. soo the final an ultimate test of love is getting married making physical love and having children... an then its blah blah happily ever after..... The book makes perfect sense in its direction and has the story of edward and bella come full circle.. a proper comedy (in the literary sense)

I think it was a good book. But, could have been broken up into two and showed Bella as a vampire no more. I mean the build up of her being a vampire was three whole books and it was condensed into one book. Maybe she can write a book more about Bella's being a vampire. I liked some parts of the books and didn't like some parts. Like the book about Jacob.Ugh. I wish he would go away. but, at least he isn't bothering Bella anymore. I think the whole imprinting children things are a little weird. I think I must read this book again. lol. Since there will be no more.

I agree, teezy. I wished Jake would go away too, until Nessie made it all work out. I've always been on Team Edward and proud of it. By the way, here in Henrietta,NY Team Edward wiped the floor with Team Jacob! I think Jake has been muscling in from the start- seriously, Ed and Bells are soulmates, and they were already in love before she really met Jake. And then he got this stupid crush on her (even if it was partially her fault).
Still, loved the book. Everything worked out in the end. I wish Jane, Felix, Demetri and Caius, plus most of the rest of the stupid Volturi could have gotten beat to the ground. I'm sure with Bellas help they could have done it...
Nessie is my new favwe character! She binds the vamps and the wolves together!

ok with breaking dawn i felt quite sad when it ended, its extremely difficult to imagine an eternity!! Yet, i liked the way meyer described the vampire part, tht was good. Also, the book was very sci fi. Personally, Twilight was the best because i loved the romance, but it was still innocent. The other books were good, but it seemed hard to keep on explaining about their relationship. If it was only Twilight that would be amazing, but then ppl would want more and more. ahh im just not completely satisified. I cnt imagine forever! adding on, it was a little annoying how Bella was insecure and so medocre as a human but suddenly became all amazing when she was a vampire. I dnt believe bella should be looked at as a heroine, but i miss her ignorance as a human a little. Yet, i rlly enjoyed renesmee. She was sweet, pretty, smart, and lovable! Let's just say i liked breaking dawn, but i can never read it again.

Actually, I think I'll be able to read it again, but not until some time passes. Now, it's hard to actually imagine seeing Twilight in movie theatres after Breaking Dawn!

I totally agree. I thought it was fabulous. Sure, there were plenty of annoying parts (ie: Rennesme's name *ugh*, no fight with the volturi *ugh*, not a lot of romance and more mundane family life *ugh, well actually I kind of liked that too*, etc...) But it was more action packed and had more plot twists than all the other books combined, sure most of the plot twists were easily predictable, but it was still a great story. Definately tied with Twilight for my favorite.
