i've always read about those bombings in my school too.....bt u provided some new facts like the names of bombs.....thats strange

but it all comes wid power....u got power dan u rule the weakers......like after hitting those bombs america and its allies through UN banned its further use....bt thats unfair coz even today if a country test nuclear power for the use of generating electricity or some other useful stuff than they will impose trade bans and other bans on that country.....india is suffering from that so i know it well

India is suffering from some kind of ban? India is the second hottest country in Asia, their GDP growth this year is just under China. I think it is to be about 6%!
India is so hot that Indians are going back to India to work!!!!

Also the US (Bush) just signed a deal with India to share nuclear technology, like we need theirs (lol).

The use of nuclear energy for power generation is LONG PAST TESTING. My area produces 31% of our electricity from nuclear energy. Some European countrys get 80% from nuclear plants.........that's a lot of 'testing' in someone's residential neighborhood.

First of all. The idea that the Americans bombed themselves is ludicrous and there is no facts whatsoever to prove that. The strike was intented to neutralize the American Pacific fleet allowing Japan to move unhindered into Malaya and The Dutch East Indies where they sought Natural resources. As the Japanese advanced into Manchuria and French Indochina, they were met by sanctions and embargos by the United Nations.

Neither of the atomic bombs were a test. "Little Boy" was dropped first over Hiroshima. Nagasaki was not the primary target for "Fat Man" (the second bomb). Kokuru was the intended target, but a dense cloud cover forced the Americans to head to the secondary target, Nagasaki.

The massive loss of live was indeed a very tragic thing. If the bombs had not been dropped and the Americans were forced to invade the Japanese mainland to end the war, it is estimated two million Americans and Japanese would have died during the operation including a heavy civilian loss.

If the Japanese had not surrendered after the bombing of Nagasaki, an estimated 3-4 more bombings were planned later that year.

Nothing is ever right. Whatever the Japanese might have done to make the America want to get revenge wasn't right. And America wasn't right for revenge. The way I see it, America shouldn't be the only country to blame this on. What made them so angry that they would use a bomb on Japan, I don't know. But I know Japan did something, too.

I don't think putting test bombs were enough of a reason to use atomic bombs because atomic bombs create a radiation that really would harm those people for generations. Until now..I feel sorry for Einstein..

I'm sorry on their behalf but American Poloticians will never fess up because they have too much pride. And that might sound like a good thing but I think it's one of the seven deadly sins.

Oh I don't care about America. Really, I hate to be labeled an American because America can be stupid and greedy. It's nothing but land anyway, why should I have to support it?
