 Relaxation
Lie down on the floor, making sure to take enough space for yourself
Observe how your body lies on the floor
Note the heaviness starting with your toes.....think about you feet becoming warmer with energy.......your legs are heavy....focus on your lower back....allow it to sink in to the ground.....your sacrum is dropped towards the floor like a heavy stone....your hips are loose and relaxed.....appreciate each one of your vertebrae one at a time climbing up your back....your body is the vehicle that carries you throughout the day, focus on the warmth and light that begin to surround you......now give focus on the neck and the face....let the jaw go...we hold so much of our tension in the jaw.....observe how it feels so you can remember  this later in the day.....relax the cheeks, let the eyes, forehead, and lips relax, fingers relaxed, arms relaxed.  Let the head fall heavy on the floor.  Notice the heaviness of the head.  Take note of which part feels heaviest and feel the energy around them.
You are surrounded by warm, beautiful energy.  Energy that your body and breath have created.  It is all around you, like a warm, yellow glow.  Take time to appreciate each breath.  Fully feel each slow inhalation and exhalation....Let the belly expand with each inhalation.....with each exhalation, let the belly sink..Inale expand, exhale the belly sinks. .Allow your body to grow soft, full, and easy......let the warmth melt away your insecurities as you deeply breath in love.  Love for your body, love for your spirit, love for your soul
Staying soft, light, and easy, begin to take notice to your surroundings.  Appreciate the time you have just dedicated to your body.  It is refereshed and recharged with the energy you have created.  Slowly  and when the time feel right, open you eyes, and begin to slowly roll to your side and come to a seated position.
