 Back in SD
Hi!
We are back and have been for a couple of weeks, just taking me a little time to get updated :)  We bought our camper and now are the proud owners of a 33 foot Puma with bunks.  We are so excited!  I managed to park it here at mom and dad's, then we took it camping over the weekend and managed to park it again!  I am so proud!  I am terrible at backing those things up :)  Hayden, especially, is glad to be back here.  He loves helping his papa and he has been put to work in right quick order.  I think sometimes he gets very bored out on the road.  I hope to find karate or something similar to put the boys in in New York.  We still do not have a leave date yet.  Stephen hopes to know something tomorrow as to when we are headed out.  My mom turns 50 on the 6th and we are having a bash for her on the 13th.  We hope that Stephen will get to fly in before the party and then leave maybe the day after it.  But of course, as you all know by now; nothing is concrete until we are already in the middle of it!! :)  People laugh at me back home for a number of reasons, but a few in particular.  1) I have discovered it really doesn't seem that hot up here now that I have been singed by the southern sun.  God bless those of you who live there!  2) Yes, I talk funny.  It's been that way for awhile.  Darling, y'all, and however it is that we now say, "miles" have grabbed attention.  What's funny is that when we were down south everyone said, "Oh, you have such an accent."  I must fit in nowhere! :)  This has been such an experience and for those of you who heard the lizard story, you know it hasn't exactly been a smooth one!  I am so thankful for the opportunities we are given, especially with the boys being as young as they are.  They loved Kansas and Texas and yet are able to come back home and get right back in a groove.  I am thankful for their ability to adapt.  The camper is spectacular.  The boys have a nearly full-size bedroom to live in.  Having that space in the back makes the master sleeping area quite small, but I'd rather have that and let the boys have some extra space than vice versa.  I finally have an oven!  It is only 21 inches, but at least I have one!  Camping this weekend gave me a chance to try everything out and a chance for everyone to test my knowledge.  Most things I had no idea, but learned very quickly.  FYI, make sure you don't need to get in the bathroom once the slides are in.  Unless you're a supermodel, you aren't going to fit! :)  It was entertaining to say the least.  I hope everyone is doing well.  Feel free to drop us a line at   karribuck@gmail.com  or give us a call.  Take care!!
