For breakfast this morning I had:
8 oz unsweetened Kefir
6 oz blueberries
1 oz (dry) oatmeal
Physical - I have blister on both feet from all the walking at Disney World. Also my back is a little stiff this morning, but nothing too unusual.
Mental - Mentally clear, though I got a late start this morning : ( I'm in a good space with work today. I have a lot of to do, but not an overwhelming amount. I like it that way. . .
Emotional - I'm feeling confused about where I would really like to be living - not just a different apartment, but a different part of the country. This comes up, usually after travel. I feel sad that I don't have a yard and can't plant flowers and vegetable, even if I'm not always the most attentive gardener. I'm also disappointed that the garden plot I had didn't work out very well for me. More to root out here. . .but those feelings are what I touch first this morning.
Spiritual - Ah, this ties in with emotional. I get my spiritual connection from natural and I feel that, that component is lacking. I did listen to a podcast on my way to work this morning called "inside out weight loss", which looks at a more spiritual and self loving approach to becoming intune with your body . . that felt like a spiritual connection. . .
Lunch - 11:45 a.m.
Salad - aprox 12 oz raw veggies - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red pepper, carrots, corn. 1/2 oz. Avocado. 2 oz cheese. Spinkle of flax meal and hemp seeds.
1 apple
Dinner - 7:30 p.m.
4 oz Chickpea Hummus (all raw)
6 oz raw carrots
Aprox 2 oz Flax Seed Crackers (no flour or sugar - just flax seeds).
Meditation - 8:15 for 10 minutes
