Low Fat Chocolate Mousse Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons gelatine
2 tablespoons hot water
1½ cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
75g dark chocolate, melted
1/3 cup cocoa
2 eggwhites
1/3 cup caster sugar
Mixed berries to serve (optional)
METHOD:
1. Whisk ½ cup of yogurt into melted chocolate until combined. Whisk in remaining yoghurt and cocoa
2. Using an electric mixer, beat eggwhites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until thick and glossy.
3. Combine gelatine with hot water in a small jug and stir until dissolved. Whisk gelatine into chocolate mixture.
4. Gently fold eggwhite mix into chocolate mixture until combined.
5. Divide between 6 serving glasses or bowls. Cover and chill for 2 hours until set.
6. Top with berries, if using to serve.
