Ha ha, "West Coke Eagle" that's great! As for Big Willie, more like "Big Wuss!" He would have been made aware of his obligation to attend the function and the consequences for not doing so. Now he's crying to the media about getting into trouble for something that he only has himself to blame.

I think the people that watch these kind of trash TV watch it so they can think "Well at least I'm not as stupid/inbred/poor etc as those people! Maybe they try and distance themselves and say "I'm SOOO not like that!" But they are...We have our fair share of crappy reality TV shows in Australia too, and at the moment, a lot of them are being taken off TV after only 2 epidsodes- the public is voting with their remotes and subsequently the shows are failing!

If people could be trusted to use it responsibly, then there is not much difference between smoking a joint or a cigarette.
By saying "use it responsibly" I mean not driving a car and endangering everyone else on the road while they're high.
Alcohol is legal and lots of people have health problems caused by its use and abuse and drive drunk with no regard for themselves or others. Legalising cannabis will just contribute to this type of selfish behaviour.

I agree! I have short legs for my height too, but am lucky to have a mum who can sew things nicely so she hems them for me.
As for the allergy, there are some people allergic to certain earrings and can only wear pure gold earrings. Also some people cause silver to tarnish because of something in their sweat, so they get these black/green marks where their rings/bracelets are. Poor thing! Good luck finding non-nickel jeans.

Totally agree! I grew up visiting Caloundra nearly every school holidays and was saddened (although not surprised) to hear that this type of behaviour has reached Caloundra.
It's certainly nothing new that "one punch can kill" as David Hookes' family are all-too familiar.
I hope that for once, the people masquerading as magistrates realise that the public are sick and tired of hearing these types of stories and that the cowardly grubs that do these types of things get nothing but a slap on the wrist, while the families left behind have a life sentence without their loved one.
Grrrr, it makes me so mad!!!

Hahaha, heaps of food in Australia has that nut warning too. My "how obvious is that?" moment goes to a road sign in my city that says "Pedestrians, only cross when road is clear." I was so amused by that sign that I wrote a blog entry about it ("A lesson in common sense: How to be a good pedestrian)"
