 My life et al
Let me introduce you to my little world. I live with my husband(Debanjan) and two children(Tamoha & Ritam). You see them in my member icon. They are the ones around whom my world revolve. Well, that is not completely true. I have a bunch of folks living in India who are equally important to me. And then I have some friends living across the globe. They know they all mean a lot to me.

Oh! I also have a website (kanja.sahafamily.com) I maintain when I get some free time.

My happiness lies around seeing my loved ones happy. As for myself, I really do not know what else I am looking for. So the search is on. :-):-):-).

In the last year or so, I have been reading a lot and have come across quite a few short stories which you might be interested in reading too. I will also quote a few lines from these stories which gave me joy. So you will know about them too...

But lets start with this poem. Isn't this wonderful?

"Stages"
by Herman Hesse

As every flower fades and as all youth
Departs, so life at every stage,
So every virtue, so our grasp of truth,
Blooms in its day and may not last forever.
Since life may summon us at every age
Be ready, heart, for parting, new endeavor,
Be ready bravely and without remorse
To find new light that old ties cannot give.
In all beginnings dwells a magic force
For guarding us and helping us to live.
Serenely let us move to distant places
And let no sentiments of home detain us.

The Cosmic Spirit seeks not to restrain us
But lifts us stage by stage to wider spaces.
If we accept a home of our own making,
Familiar habit makes for indolence.
We must prepare for parting and leave-taking
Or else remain the slave of permamence.
Even the hour of our death may send
Us speeding on to fresh and newer spaces,
And life may summon us to newer races.
So be it, heart: bid farewell without end.

P.S. Your sincere thoughts are valuable to me. So do drop in a line if you wish......
