I dreamt of him again..for the nth time i did.Same guy.Marlon S. Angulo,the boy i fell so hard for during childhood..i wasnt thinkin of him before i went to bed,i was too tired to even think before i went to sleep..i was too exhausted to even finish the book im almost finished reading..
And the dream felt like real.I was so surprised upon waking up,and then realizing that it was just a dream.Just another dream.
My dream....
I went over to a friend's house which was just a few blocks away from ours.It was raining hard but i didnt mind.With an umbrella in hand,i started to walk out of the house.It's dark and cold due to the heavy rain.As i reached their gates,i noticed a familiar mountain bike.I shrugged the thought off since its none of business anyway.I walked in and knocked.My friend,Arnie,opened it and invited me in.He [he's actually a gay but im using pronouns based on his biological identity] brought me to their porch ,left a while and went back with a little trayful of snacks.As usual,we started to chitchat animatedly..until he paused and i caught him glanced at the parked bike.He looked back at me and smile..and then said: "he was waiting for you to come by in here earlier,.and he said he'll be back,.he told me to make you stay til he comes back..he said..he's taking you with him..".The wind blew as if on cue.I was completely speechless,confused and lost.At the same time,couldnt think clearly due to the wild thumping of my heart, which gets wilder by the second.Arnie resumed talking,telling me stories animatedly..But i couldnt seem to understand him anymore..not with the current state i was having.Not after what Arnie said..not after his image came into my mind,enough to make my heart go static...
And then the gate opened..and for some insane reason,his smile made the sun shine and the rain to go off..He particularly smiled at me,..Arnie made an excuse to leave the two of us alone.
He just stood beside me,.he looked down and offered his hand to help me up.I hated how nice and comfy he looked in his hooded shirt and khaki shorts paired with sneakers...I hated how he look smug yet nice at the same time..He asked me if i wanna go biking with him.I just managed a nod.
I just saw myself mounted,biking with him..chatting at the same time,.laughing with him as if the effect didnt actually happen just earlier..
We biked for an hour til we reached a coffee house..and there..he said things which i accepted easily.
"i want to be with you forever cae.Only you.."
And more things happened after that...which were too fast for me to even remember..too fast to even recognize each.Like i was riding a bullet train,couldnt make out of anythin to see out of the train's window.
Until Haru,my kitten,woke me up with a start.
And thats enough to make me realized that everything was just a dream..
